How does payment actually work?
You don't pay anything to start. The discovery call is free. If we're a fit, we agree on the scope. We build. We do a final demo to show the agent or automation running. Only after you've verified it works do you pay. That's the whole flow.
Why don't you publish a full price list?
Because every agent and automation is different. The same workflow can take a day for one client and three weeks for another. We'd rather understand your actual problem first, then quote a fixed fee, so you're never paying for someone else's complexity.
Why $500 as the floor?
It's the minimum that lets us properly scope, build, deploy and warranty a small agent or automation. Below that, you're better served by an off-the-shelf SaaS tool, and we'll tell you exactly which one on the call.
Do you charge hourly?
No. Hourly billing rewards slowness and punishes engineering taste. We charge fixed fees per scoped project, or a flat monthly retainer for ongoing care.
What's the difference between an agent and an automation?
Automations are deterministic pipelines: given input X, they always do Y. Agents have judgment: they can decide between actions, ask for help, handle exceptions. We build both. We'll tell you which one fits your problem on the call.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Every line of code we write is yours, deployed to your infrastructure, with full handoff documentation. No vendor lock-in.
What if I just need quick advice?
The 20-minute discovery call is free. If after that you only need a one-hour deep-dive, we'll sell you exactly that, no minimum.
Can you work with our existing engineering team?
Absolutely. We collaborate with internal teams regularly and deliver code, docs and reviews in whatever workflow you use.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always. Mutual NDA before any specifics are discussed if you'd prefer. Just ask on the call.
